Q: Do you do small jobs such as hanging a picture or changing a globe which is too high to reach with our ladder?

Yes! No job is too small. We are always happy to help with jobs around the house weather it be one small job or a list of small jobs which need to be completed. Complete Property Maintenance can help with almost anything you need done. If you don't have the required materials for the job, we can source and supply them for you.

Q: Can you do electrical and plumbing work?

When it comes to plumbing, we can change tap washers and basic plumbing work where a license is not required. For anything else we can recommend a reliable plumber. For all electrical work, we can change light globes and replace rangehoods however, wherever there is an electrical connection, you will need a licenced electrician, which we are happy to recommend.

Q: What types of handrails do you install?

We install a variety of handrails for both indoor and outdoor applications. Options include timber, metal, and composite materials, each designed to enhance safety and match your overall design.

Q: My carpeted stairs have soft areas. Are you able to repair this?

Yes. This is generally due to the particle board flooring breaking down over time. We can roll the carpet back, replace the flooring and relay the carpet in these areas.
