After using Chris and his team over the last few years we found his workman ship and professionalism exceptional. Recently engaged Complete Property Maintenance for a full house renovation including removal of a wall, removal of old kitchen and full house flooring. The team installed brand new kitchen and hybrid flooring throughout. They did all repair work and were very clean and tidy. Team was fast, reliable and trust worthy to leave them to do the job without us being at home. Highly recommend and will use again in a heartbeat.

The team here did a great job at some minor work at my house including replacing some deck boards, installing some new railings along the deck, and restaining. Everything turned out great and will definitely use them again in the future!

We’ve recently engaged Chris Gardner and his team which in our case was Talus and Dallas to do a number of jobs , one major in our new home on the Sunny Coast. That being a 22 M x 1 M retaining Wall. After years as locals our experience with many tradies has not been great.
